Tina Graca joined the firm in 1992 as an accounting clerk. In a rather short period of time, Tina took over responsibility for and ran that portion of the business. Tina enjoys outdoor activities, archery, and spending time with her son. Tina is a recipient of the Ontario Funeral Service Association Award of Merritt for the Care of Canada's Fallen.

Agustine joined MacKinnon & Bowes in 2013. He was born and raised in the Philippines. He finished studies at Ryerson University in 2012 graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He enjoys playing sports, music, food, and different outdoor activities.

Lance joined MacKinnon & Bowes in 2006 as a co-op Student. Following his completion of High School, Lance joined the firm as a Funeral Directors Assistant. Lance enjoys working with families at their time of need & representing the company working for various Funeral Homes in the Greater Toronto Area. In April 2009, Lance received his Ontario College Certificate upon fulfillment of George Brown's College Vocation Program. Lance has other interests to go along with funeral services including Sports and Police Services. He was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario.

Rays varied career experiences have been with large corporations such as Nestle, General Motors and Chrysler. Ray is an excellent Ambassador of our firm, and enjoys helping and interacting with families.

In his spare time he loves spending time with family. Stewart graduated from Concordia University majoring in Administrative Management and a minor in Accounting. Stewart enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and gardening.

Carl Joined MacKinnon and Bowes in 2013 as a Funeral Directors Assistant and Chauffeur. Carl was born and raised in Jamaica and served as a Police Constable in the Jamaican Constabulary Force for 10 years. Since then he has been involved in various opportunities relating to the Security and Protection fields. We are delighted to have Carl join our firm and contribute his unique skills and experience.

David joined our firm in 2014. David retired from the RCMP serving in Alberta, Canada. He has spent the last several years in the field of Corporate Security Management. He enjoys working with people and Scuba Diving as a part time activity.

William "Gil" Gilmour was born and raised in Rexdale, Ontario. He taught music for four years through the Braeburn Neighborhood Place. He has worked in the hospitality industry before leaving to spend some time in the Canadian Armed Forces. He looks forward to his journey in funeral services and hopes to attend Humber College for the Funeral Directors program.

Adam joined our firm in 2017. He has received his diploma from Centennial College for Fitness and Health Promotion as well as a certificate of achievement from George Brown College for ASL and Deaf Studies. Adam is an infantry soldier for the Toronto Scottish Reserve Unit of the Canadian Armed Forces. He is certified for Scuba, Advanced Medical Responder, and restricted fire arms. In his spare time he enjoys volunteering for various charitable causes. We are very pleased to welcome Adam to our team.

Nigel joined MacKinnon & Bowes in 2017 as a Funeral Directors Assistant. Born and raised in Chelmsford, Essex in England he moved to Toronto in 1994 working in the record business starting out promoting the MuchMusic Dance Mix 94 album then moving into digital media in 2005 to establish Canada's first social network for young women 14-24 for Vervegirl. Nigel continues to consult in digital media with a focus on mobile augmented reality, virtual reality, 360 video and smart video streaming services.

He graduated Georgian College in Bracebridge with a diploma in Pre-Health Sciences and a diploma in Construction Techniques. He is a reserve Corporal with the Toronto Scottish Infantry Regiment where he has served for 4 years.

Thomas joined our firm in June of 2017. Tom is a retired Toronto Fire Captain and a retired Toronto Police Officer (Harbour Police). He is a bit of an automobile buff and has restored 2 WWII Military vehicles. Thomas is new to the funeral profession but has already established himself as a dedicated service person with a great attitude. We are delighted to have him as part of our team.
